C-G special high-temperature resin, a high-temperature and anti-corrosion resin with excellent comprehensive properties, was initially used as protection material for cruise missile shells and now is used in industry and is special for fire power plants, non-ferrous metal metallurgy, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. It is an ideal and long-term heavy-duty anticorrosion material with outstanding chemical corrosion resistance, chemical properties, high toughness and low shrinkage, perfect workmanship, moderate viscosity and no limitation by ambient temperature.
Features
1. It is a preferred anti-corrosion and wear-resistant material for desulphurization equipment process under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity.
2. The heat distortion temperature of the casting reaches 300℃ and 100% cross-linking solidification with high temperature resistance, suitable for long-term high temperature.
3. It has good corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and higher stability for some organic solvents and oxidation medium.
4. It has unique anti-permeability barrier and low-permeability corrosion gas.
5. It has small hardening shrinkage and strong adhesion with various basic materials, and can be used to mix polyester mortar and daub.
6. It has high surface hardness and good corrosion-erosion resistance.
7. Recommended temperature for long-term use: 50-280℃
Application
● The lining of steel and concrete buildings structures in power plants, smelters and chemical plants, especially under harsh environmental conditions such as flue gas desulfurization and sulphuric acid systems.
● Internal and external surface protection for equipment, pipes and tanks under high corrosion.
● It can be mixed daub and mortar which has perfect effect with gray limestone powder and quartz powder according to proportion.
● Marine facilities in splash zone, and the harsh environment of intersecting corrosion of gas, liquid and solid .
