1. Coal Handling System in Thermal Power Plants
The production engineering of coal handling equipment mainly is applied in thermal power station and its coal handling system mainly includes coal handling part, filtering and crushing part, metering, sampling, iron removal part, auxiliary equipment, processing and manufacturing part, coal handling belt accessories installation: roller brake installation, non-loaded cleanser installation, spring sweeper installation, plough discharger and lockable gas hopper installation, electronic belt scale installation, electromagnetic separator installation, head telescopic device installation, roller sifter installation, crusher installation, installation and debugging of coal handling belt accessories.
2. Commercial Water Purifier
Water purifier is also called water purifying machine and filter. Its technical core is filter membrane in filter-element device. Before super Nanofilter technology was promoted by headwater, the main technology of water purifier was composed of ultrafiltration membrane and RO reverse osmosis membrane and is a small water treatment equipment for deep purification of water quality according to the use requirements. Generally speaking, water purifier is a small filter used for family.
Water purifier can be divided into many kinds according to different purification principles and processes. RO reverse osmosis technology is equipped with the highest filtration precision (filtration precision is 0.0001 micron). Because the pore diameter of RO membrane is only one-hundredth of the diameter of hair and only water molecules and dissolved oxygen are allowed to pass, almost all harmful substances in water, such as pesticides, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and so on, are intercepted and eliminated. Other filtering technologies: Nanofilter (filtration precision is between 0.001-0.0001 microns), ultrafiltration membrane (filtration precision is between 0.1-0.01 microns), refined filtration (filtration precision is under 0.1microns, such as ceramic filtration, PP cotton filtration and so on). It can be widely used in residential water purification projects, campus water purification projects, catering water purification system, hotel water supply system applications, which can fundamentally solve the problems of water quality.
3.Installation, Debugging and Overhaul Engineering of Steam Turbines and Auxiliary Machinery
Steam turbine is a rotary power machine which converts steam energy into mechanical work and also can be called steam turbines. It is mainly used as the prime mover for power generation, and can also directly drive various pumps, fans, compressors and marine propellers and can use steam turbine exhaust or intermediate extraction to meet the heating needs of production and living.
4.Boiler and Auxiliary System
Generally speaking, the so-called boiler in power plant is the boiler used for generating electricity in power plant. With large capacity, now the main unit is 600MW and ultra-supercritical boiler with 1000MW is more advanced. There are two main kinds of boilers in power plant: pulverized coal-fired boiler and circulating fluidized bed boiler. These two kinds of boilers used in power plant are the main types. The biggest difference between circulating fluidized bed boiler and pulverized coal-fired boiler is liquid and powdery coal.
Thermal power is the main way of power generation in China. As one of the three main host devices of thermal power station, boiler in power plant is developed with the development of thermal power industry in China.
In recent years, environmental protection and energy conservation have become an important direction for structural adjustment in power industry of China. Under the policy of “Big generator set on, small generator set off, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure have been promoted actively and a large number of small thermal power units with low energy efficiency and heavy pollution have been closed in thermal power industry, which speed up the upgrading of domestic thermal power equipment to a great extent.
